Being a Performer
More about being a performer
Focusing on end results vs. focusing on tasks
- A list of potential customers instead of a market research
- Filled out questionnaires with recorded interviews instead of interviewing
- A translated text instead of translating
- A completed sales deal instead of selling
How exactly these end results are accomplished, is completely your own choice and responsibility. This approach is the base of several sophisticated project management philosophies, which are widely applied by professional project managers in governments, banks, etc. The tool is structured as such, that no experience in project environments is required to execute assignments.
No matter how different all vacant assignments may be; they are all structured the same.
The complete assignment planning is ready before it becomes vacant for applications, including (sub)- deadlines, required features (its importance), phases and payment upon delivery. Once you've started executing the assignment. Nothing can be added or adjusted to the required final results by the assigner (unless both the assigner and you agree).
So before you'll start (and even apply), you know into detail which results are expected from you.
Execution is separated into phases. Each phase has its own sub-products (parts/elements) and deadlines. For all sub-products, the required features are specified. Per phase, you’ll be delivering a draft and final version. You will only be asked to perform adjustments if pre-determined sub-products and/or features are missing.
Under normal circumstances it would be sufficient to only be in contact during draft and final phase delivery. However, for further clarifications the tool offers a chatting function between you and the assigner.
Final Product Delivery
After all phases have ended, you’ll get one extra chance to dot the i’s. At project end, the money is transferred to your account.
It is very unlikely that any features would be missing, as you knew exactly which were required beforehand, you received feedback on your drafts before uploading final products, assigners can only judge on pre-set features and the project ends with a closing phase where you’ll have an extra chance to make any necessary adjustments. However, if you would deliver insufficient results, the assignment’s value (and thereby payment) would reduce as determined beforehand.
Due to the involvement of assigners.net: as long as you’ll deliver what’s specified beforehand, you’ll get pay as specified beforehand.
Account creation, assignment search and execution is not going to cost you anything.
The idea is that you’re going to make money through Assigners.net, not that it's going to cost you!
Through the tool’s methodology, the assigner is forced to be very clear about his/her expectations of the end result.
We’re involved with the complete process. Therefore, if you deliver the right (pre-specified) end result, payment is guaranteed.
